Making some time to experience a sunset can actually be quite rewarding – and if you are lucky, you might be fortunate enough to witness the elusive and famous “green flash” that occurs just before the sun dips below the horizon.

Taking time out of your day to view nature’s beautiful sunsets can be good for your mental and spiritual well being and provides a great opportunity to meditate and put your mind at peace. It is a wonderful distraction from all of the stress and the noise of our daily routines. You should try it sometime.
